The answers you give to this survey will be used to shape our pay claim. You will not be asked to give personally identifying information such as your name, job title or address, but please answer all of the questions as the information we are given will help support our pay claim negoiations with the Council. All answers are strictly confidential and individual responses will not be shared with anyone outside of UNISON.
